Aquaflex is a coated vinyl that is compatible with solvent, UV and latex printing. It’s blue backside is made of recycled post-industrial pool liner and designed for flat surface aquatic applications including vinyl, concrete, plaster, fiberglass, gunite, steel, and other non-textured surfaces.
How Does Aquaflex Stay in Place?
It’s simple physics. Since the material is denser than water, it simply sinks to the bottom.
How Long Can Aquaflex Stay Underwater?
While it is durable and meant to stand the test of time, it is important that you remove it from the water once per season and store it high and dry when it’s not being displayed.
Will Aquaflex Interfere with Cleaning Procedures?
Automated pool vacuums and cleaners will not be affected by Aquaflex. However, this media should not be used in pools that are equipped with in-floor, jet cleaning systems since the jets will force water beneath the surface and cause the material to shift.
